These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PixMagic: AI Video Generator (the “App

The App allows you to create AI face-swap videos by uploading or selecting photos or videos. The specific features may change or be updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

4. User Content

4.1 Your responsibility

When you upload or select photos or videos in the App (“ User Content”), you remain solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions (for example, from people appearing in the photos or videos).

4.2 License to process your content

To operate the App and provide the requested AI face-swap videos, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and process your User Content solely for:

• Generating AI face-swap videos at your request; and
• Delivering the resulting output back to you.

This license is limited in time and ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe or violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights;
• Create, share or generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or mislead others about your identity or your affiliation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the App or any related systems, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App or any servers or networks used by the App.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer paid features, including subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods and terms will be shown clearly in the App (for example, on the purchase screen).

Payments and subscriptions are processed through the platform where you downloaded the App (such as the Apple App Store). Please refer to that platform’s terms for details on billing, renewal and cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the App or any content generated through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or abusive conduct. You may stop using the App at any time and, if applicable, cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
