1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PixMagic: AI Video Generator (“App”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use the App.
The App is provided by Chenghongyuan and is intended for creating AI face-swap videos based on photos or videos you choose from your device.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Photos and videos (including face data)
When you use the App to create AI face-swap videos, you can choose photos or videos from your device’s photo library. These media files may contain images of your face or the faces of other people (“face data”).
The App uploads the selected photos or videos to our servers solely in order to generate the requested AI face-swap video.
2.2 Usage information
We may collect basic technical information such as device model, system version, language, and in-app actions (for example, which features are used) to maintain and improve the App. This information is not used to identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate and maintain the App and its AI face-swap features;
- To process your selected photos or videos and generate AI face-swap videos at your request;
- To improve the stability, performance and user experience;
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
4. Face Data
4.1 What face data we collect
The App may collect face data contained in the photos or videos that you choose from your device’s photo library in order to generate AI face-swap videos. We do not create or store separate biometric identifiers or templates outside of the original media files.
4.2 How we use face data
We use face data only to perform the AI face-swap processing you request and to generate the corresponding output video for you. Face data is not used for model training, algorithm improvement, advertising, user profiling, or any other secondary purpose.
4.3 Sharing of face data
We do not sell, rent or share face data with any third parties. Face data is processed only on servers controlled by us and our cloud infrastructure provider acting on our behalf, and is not disclosed to any other third party.
4.4 Storage and retention of face data
The photos, videos and face data you upload are processed on servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), US region. These files are stored only temporarily for the time needed to generate your AI face-swap video and to ensure that the result can be delivered to you.
We delete the media files and associated face data as soon as processing is completed, and in all cases within no more than 1 hour after the generation task finishes or fails. After deletion, we do not retain copies of the original photos, videos or face data.
4.5 Relationship to your account or session
Face data is linked only to the specific generation request, session or order in which you upload the media. It is not linked to a permanent user profile and is not reused across different sessions.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You can choose which photos or videos to upload to the App. If you do not want us to process certain images, please do not select or upload them.
If you would like us to delete information earlier than the automatic deletion described above, or if you have questions about your privacy rights, you can contact us at dundun.musicstudio@gmail.com. When you contact us, please describe your request in enough detail so that we can locate the relevant data (for example, approximate date and time of use, device type, and region).
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided face data or other personal information through the App, please contact us at dundun.musicstudio@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
